Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received and verified. In most cases, orders placed before our daily processing cut-off time are shipped the same business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are generally processed and shipped the same business day.

While delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier, The Peptide Bar will work with customers to investigate shipping issues and, when appropriate, help submit a claim with the shipping carrier or other resolution we see fit.
