Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales made through The Peptide Bar are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds-except under the limited circumstances described in this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect item that does not match your order confirmation.

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damaged product or incorrect item received.

  • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

Return Eligibility

If a return is authorized, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • The return request must be mailed back to us within 10 business days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be approved by our customer support team before being returned.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a shipping error or product damage, The Peptide Bar will provide instructions for the return and cover any applicable return shipping costs.

Refund Method

Non-Refundable Situations
